Kenpo is similar to Karate, however the moves are more fluid and continuous.  Karate's focus is on one shot one kill.  A Kenpo strike may have done the job, however, we keep striking till the attacker hits the ground.

Bok Leen Pai Kenpo is an awesome system from Pai Lum. It contain elements of the traditional five animals. The Dragon is the ultimate of the animals.  It has the ability to change its shape and form at will. The Dragon adapts itself to the situation, bringing out the best animal for the situation.
Bok Leen Pai Kenpo also incorporates Shuai Chiao and Chi Na. These two influences cover take downs, controlling techniques, breaks and pressure point attacks.
Traditional Kenpo is a short range system that maximizes techniques in an up close and personal manner. However, Bok Leen Pai Kenpo doesn't stop there. Both long and short range techniques are utilized to give the practitioner the optimal arsenal to draw from. Kicks, punches, wing strikes, claws, knees, elbows, iron palm, body strikes, take downs and controls offer up an incredible system.
