     Pai Lum, or White Dragon, is a five animal system. Snake, Crane, Tiger, Leopard and Dragon. Each has its own virtue and abilities. Tiger works the bones and muscles; it fears nothing. Leopard stalks its prey and explodes with multiple liner strikes. Crane evades and counters with wing and beak strikes to vulnerable areas. Snake uses chi and patience to overcome larger opponents, drawing its energy from the ground and exploding with deadly accuracy. Dragon is the most revered of the Shaolin animals. It uses circular motion and the speed of the wind as it flies through attack and defense.
Within Pai Lum are three disciplines: Kung Fu (Pai Te Lung Chuan), Bok Leen Pai Kenpo, and Pai Yung Tai Chi.
