Pai Lum Tai Chi

Within Pai Lum, there are three branches of internal exercises: Pai Yung Tai Chi, Ming Chi Kung and Chin Kon Pai Meditation.
Chi Kung is breath exercise. The practitioner matches the breath with the movement, inhaling on the back stroke or defense and exhaling on the strike or press. This is the bulk of the training, incorporating mind and body to function as one. This may seem easy, and it is, once you learn it.
Tai Chi Chuan is the Grand Ultimate Fist. The next level in the Pai Yung practitioners journey. This level incorporates the motion with the physical world utilizing ward and press, chi and breath, and defense and attack.
Chin Kon Pai meditation utilizes breath and focus to achieve a higher level of awareness, focusing the being on an object and expanding the mind.
